This is a Tauranga-based peer support service currently run by two volunteers. It isn’t for general mental health or crisis, but for those with trouble finding support elsewhere due to severe stigma. If you need another kind of help, or are interested in other options, you might find what you’re looking for in Other Support Services.
This service is private and anonymous by default. You don’t need to share any identifying information. When you call us, we cannot see your phone number. We do not record calls. For more information about how we protect your privacy, and our limitations, see Confidentiality.

Alongside one-to-one support, we host a private community space. The group is available to those who have engaged with the service and agree to the community guidelines.
